TreeCloud is a project for visualizing the word occurences of the text in a form of the tree with words as leaves. This concept is alike with TagClouds, used widely across websites. TreeCloud reflects frequencies of the words with the color and font size and semantic proximity of the words with the length of the branches. Such tool is a highly demonstrative way to overlook and analyse the text in its lexical and pragmatical aspects. It is of a great thing to integrate such tool into Unitex/GramLab. The present project aims to make this feature possible for Unitex users. CloudTree will be built for occurences of words in Unitex concordance output. Such visualization will be useful in characterising the context of the search token and can be applied in semantic, lexical, typological, or disourse analysis.
