Registration

If you plan to come to the Lexis and Grammar Conference, please pre-register by sending an email including your name, address and affiliation to ignazio.mirto@libero.it.
Final registration will take place at the conference site.
The registration fee is 100 euros (50 euros for students), payable in cash or by check drawn on a French bank.

The Conference will be hosted by the Splendid Hotel La Torre****.

How to get to the Hotel La Torre

From Palermo airport

route 1, by taxi: for about 43 or 44 euros, the taxi ride can be arranged with the hotel people so that a taxi driver will wait for you at the airport;

route 2, by train and bus: from the arrival area of the airport, reach the departure area and take the train to Palermo (there is one every hour from 5 a.m. to 10 p.m.), get off at Palermo centrale; take a bus going to Piazza Politeama (#101, 102); take the bus #806 to Mondello, get off at the last bus stop; to reach the Hotel, a shuttle service (free of charge) is available; otherwise a 5 minute walk will be necessary;

route 3, by bus: in the arrival area of the airport, get the blue bus going to Palermo, get off at Piazza Politeama; take the bus #806 to Mondello, get off at the last bus stop; to reach the Hotel, a shuttle service (free of charge) is available; otherwise a 5 minute walk will be necessary.


From the central train station

route 4, by taxi: for about 50 euros;

route 5, by bus: catch a bus going to Piazza Politeama (#101, 102); take the bus #806 to Mondello, get off at the last bus stop; to reach the Hotel, a shuttle service (free of charge) is available; otherwise a 5 minute walk will be necessary.
