Submission procedure

(online submission)

Bergen

We invite submissions for 20-minute presentations (plus 10-minute discussions). Submissions should be anonymous full articles, at most 6 pages in length, footnotes included (but bibliographical references can occupy more pages), respecting the following submission rules.
Submissions will be refereed blindly by an international selection committee. The scientific committee assigns submissions to reviewers on the basis of their domains of expertise. Except in special cases (submission too long, too short or inappropriate) each submission is sent to two reviewers. The final selection is established by the scientific committee.
Thematic session: The scientific committee is in charge of assigning accepted articles either to the main or to the thematic session. The size of the thematic session is not fixed in advance and may vary with the number of eligible submissions.
Authors must submit their papers online. They must click on "Submit a paper" in the "Authors" section and fill in the form. After submission, authors should receive an automatic confirmation email.
Notification: The authors are notified of the result in a message including the comments from the reviewers. These comments are sent to authors to help them prepare their presentation or understand the assessment of their submission.

Final version : The final version must be sent to Camilla Clausen. The mail must contain a .pdf file and its source version (.doc, .rtf or .odt).
